I am completely new to Beagleboards so sorry if this is a stupid question or the wrong place to post this. I have a sd card and a Beagleboard xM. I am trying to install linux onto the Beagleboard, I do not really care which version of linux as long as it works. I have searched for a few hours online and found nothing that worked for me and wasn't confusing. I am using a mac. If anyone has any information that could be useful in an easy to understand format it would be greatly appreciated. Any useful links that are easy for new people to understand would also be a great help to me.
