I know it's a little intrussive, but can you do me a favor...  Have
another machine log the debug serial port... Then we can see what's
going on..

BTW, that "3.14.x" isn't being worked on... If you have a new "testnig" image:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install linux-image-3.14.17-ti-r19
