I have detected the same problem related to commad *sudo apt-get* in my two BBB systems. I am using Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty. When I try to run that command I get this output:

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. ubuntu@bbbc:~$ The problem started after the following packages were upgraded: apt_1.0.1ubuntu2.3_armhf.deb apt-utils_1.0.1ubuntu2.3_armhf.deb libapt-inst1.5_1.0.1ubuntu2.3_armhf.deb libapt-pkg4.12_1.0.1ubuntu2.3_armhf.deb I tried solutions like *sudo apt-get* clean but no success. Is this problem related to ubuntu servers, to apt-get or to some inconsistence in data?. I suppose this problem is very general because it affects to my two BBB. -- For more options, visit http://beagleboard.org/discuss --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "BeagleBoard" group.
