Okay, a "recipie" for lxqt + qt5 is now out... I'm hacking on
bone101/jekyll/etc right now, so it's not ready for a bb.org test. But
for users looking for to test 0.7.95 lxqt + 5.3.1 qt..

v3.8 base:
https://github.com/beagleboard/image-builder/blob/master/configs/bb.org-debian-next-4gb.conf

v3.14 base:
https://github.com/beagleboard/image-builder/blob/master/configs/bb.org-debian-next-4gb-v3.14.conf

Plus it has "dart".. ;)
