Hi, Were you able to find a solution for this? I am facing exactly the same problem now - installing scipy from pip fails because of missing BLAS libraries. I tried to compile the atlas libraries, only to find that gfortran is not available. I am using the armhf port of Debian on Beaglebone black. Warm Regards, Shyni
