Well the Cortex-A15 includes full hardware visualization, which the Cortex-A9 lacks. If this new board with multiple Cortex-A15 and dual Cortex-M4 is reasonably priced it might used as a references board for an open source Linux/RTOS solution. *) FreeRTOS on one Cortex-A15, GNU/Linux on the other *) FreeRTOS on one Cortex-M4, GNU/Linux on the Cortex-A15 cores,... anyone interested in something like this?
