Hi, I am trying to decide where to enter boot-time kernel parameters. It seem to me that the /etc/sysctl.conf or /etc/sysclt.d is an appropriate place. But entering parameters here is not reflected in dmesg while entering the parameters as kernel command in uEnv.txt does.
Question: Is the sysctl.conf in use and functional in Debian 3.8.13?
