Hi, if i try to enable PWM with this instructions: /lib/firmware# sudo sh -c "echo bone_pwm_P9_22 > $SLOTS" /lib/firmware# sudo sh -c "echo am33xx_pwm > $SLOTS" /lib/firmware# cat $SLOTS
