Grab a copy of the Device Characteristics, SPRS717, for the AM335x.
Chapter 5 has the electrical parameters. You can chase pins from the ZCZ ball to the section of table 5.7 that looks at that pin. A short and incorrect answer is that logic 0 is less than .8VDC and a logic 1 is greater than 2VDC, but that
varies with the function of the pin. You need to check each individually.
