Wrong ABI. That is a cross compiler meant to run on i386, meant for
creating bare-metal binaries for cortex M0 / M0+, M3 / M4, R4 / R5 / R7,
and Cortex A processors. *Probably*

I say probably because their "package" list does not offer much
description. But if you not they also offer Win32 binaries . . . I am
*probably* right.
