Hi!

I'm running Debian on a BBB with Kernel 3.8. I'm going to use the Nh5cape
for the BBB. So I have followed the tutorial
<http://elinux.org/Nh5capeSoftware> (the section: Build Kernel - Kernel
3.8) to rebuild my kernel with the touchscreen drivers included (Another
intention was to replace the kernel-buildin bootlogo. I have replaced the
original *logo_linux_clut224.ppm* with mine).
First I thought that is all to do (because the page doesn't tell there is
anything more to do), but obviously the script of RobertCNelson only puts
the recompiled files into the "deploy" dir.
I'm a newbie for Linux and embedded systems. So can you please tell me what
I have to do with these files to replace my actual kernel with the new one?

Those files I have there:

   - 3.8.13-bone71.2.zImage
   - 3.8.13-bone71.2-dtbs.tar.gz
   - 3.8.13-bone71.2-firmware.tar.gz
   - 3.8.13-bone71.2-modules.tar.gz
   - config-3.8.13-bone71.2
   - linux-firmware-image-3.8.13-bone71.2_1cross_armhf.deb
   - linux-headers-3.8.13-bone71.2_1cross_armhf.deb
   - linux-image-3.8.13-bone71.2_1cross_armhf.deb
   - linux-libc-dev_1cross_armhf.deb
   - uImage

Thanks in advance!
Christoph
