Hello Susan, Here is the problem from our end. You've given us pretty much nothing to go on, except that is doesn't work. But I do know that the drivers do work on Win7 pro x64, but have never tried them on the Win8 x64 machine I have.
Anyway, knowing what errors you're getting could help. Exact error messages please.
