even when pressing (and holding) the power button on the board, it wont turn 
on. there is around 200mV drop shown on my voltmeter but i am still around 5V. 
it boots up automatically upon hooking up to my source. 
ive tried looking at other applications where an LM317 was used, for a beagle 
bone power supply.
