Ok, no nothing there s critical for booting your board. capemgr is still
installed, it only the device overlays that are not installed.

So, can you show us what the file /uEnv.txt contains ? Not /bootuEnv.txt,
but /uEnv.txt. Thats the first stage uboot environment file, thats super
important for booting the board.
