I used Edimax USB Wi-Fi adapter on Raspberry Pi. I would suggest you to refer to this <http://iqjar.com/jar/raspberry-pi-rebooting-itself-when-it-becomes-unreachable-from-outside-networks/> article. This scheme is good except you need another device to behave as a controller.
