I have attached a log file of the boot from eMMC, flash process, shutdown 
and then reboot. 
It looks to me like the flash process worked fine. 

I am not sure what is happening after the flash, it looks like there is a 
boot and then shutdown. 

After the powerdown I pull the SDcard and try to reboot. 
That is where the BBB fails to find linux on eMMC

I can not see anything obviously wrong, but I am not sure what I am looking 
for. 

I am a reasonably competent embedded linux developer, but new to BBB, 
The board rev is an A6.
