Just had a WTF moment. I was working on a BBG image that was still on an sd card. and it appears as if pwm and uart pins are all properly configured out of the box. This was definately not the case on the flashed version.
Still trying to figure out if UART actual is working out of the box, it appears it is untill i try to communicate with my camera. Going to try the minicom test. On reset the ttyO1...O5 disappeared.
