Rick, Yes, and in fact I'm going to buy one myself very soon because it has 2G ram quad A15's and quad A7's, GbE that's true GbE( not shared with another bus ) and USB 3.0. Plus, the emmc option is pretty dahmed fast in most cases. I think the Sandisk module( Samsung modules can't be used with Samsung modules for some reason ), which has to be used with the XU4, has fairly slow write speeds( 24-ish MB/s ) in the 16G emmc. But has amazingly fast reads at around 150MB/s.
Anyway, it's not a mustang board with 16G ram or anything like that, but it also doesn't cost ~$1800 USD.
