I have this board (V2) and get the same error on boot. I pulled the EEPROM 
from the board with:

cat /sys/devices/platform/ocp/4819c000.i2c/i2c-2/2-0057/eeprom > 
/var/tmp/eeprom.dump 

and contains all 0xFFFFFFFF.
