Heatsink and fan information is described in the Quick Start guide. You can run without a heatsink, unless you are planning to crank it up. Then you really need the heatsink and the fan together.

I'm assuming there needs to be at least a heat sink and optionally a fan mounted on the heat sink. So my question is, anyone have suggestions for a heat sink, possibly a part number from Digi-key. Also an appropriate adhesive/thermal paste to mount the heat sink with? Looking forward to getting a few projects going on this beast...
