As found on the BeagleBone Black Wireless, Green Wireless and Blue.. For the x15, it doesn't do anything other then take up a few kb's of space on the microSD... It is also loaded at startup, but exit's pretty quickly on the x15 when it doesn't find the supported wifi module.
