Did it ever get figured out how to make a network via USB? That is, I'd
use a USB hub to lash up several (BBBs which I have passel of) as a single
subnet. This is in lieu of either a real Enet or wifi subnet. It seems the
formula has to do with who (BBB or PC) owns the DHCP server and feels like
a gateway. Where is that stuff configured on the BBB side. I might leave 1
BBB doing that, and config the others to be clients. I never figured out
how to configure the PC side, but maybe that isn't an issue. For example,
I don't expect to get the PC to do routing for the USB subnet out to the
bigwideworld. Getting a BBB with WiFi also to do routing might be a worth
while follow on exercise.
