Well, addr0 -> addr3 is for eeprom detected capes, so change:

uboot_overlay_addr0=/lib/firmware/BB-SPIDEV0-00A0.dtbo

to

uboot_overlay_addr4=/lib/firmware/BB-SPIDEV0-00A0.dtbo
