Your system is not prepared for libpruio. Either the kernel driver 
uio_pruss doesn't load at all, or the driver cannot create the files 
/dev/uio[0-7] due to miss-configuration. For further help I'd need the 
output from
lsmod | grep uio
ls -l /dev/uio*
ls -l /sys/devices/platform/libpruio
sudo /opt/scripts/tools/version.sh
