When I do apt install --reinstall linux-headers-5.1.0-rc3-bone0 Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Reinstallation of linux-headers-5.1.0-rc3-bone0 is not possible, it cannot be downloaded. 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 27 not upgraded.
