BlueDot, itself, is a Python module, and

debian@beaglebone:~$ sudo pip3 install bluedot
[sudo] password for debian:
Collecting bluedot
  Downloading
https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/d2/58/65f4f08d1237ffa955a85e4a4085589a8a7a9f42273ccaf7adfceb95ae25/bluedot-1.3.2-py3-none-any.whl
Installing collected packages: bluedot
Successfully installed bluedot-1.3.2

What may NOT function is the interface to the bluetooth radio (I can't
test as I have BB Black, NO WIFI).
