Hello and thank you for your help in advance. I am located in US with our development team. I am trying to set up a regression farm with beagleboard X-15 in India for a product that we are building. I have tried to purchase the board in India, but both digikey and mouser do not sell in India due to export limitations. I have seen a document included with the beagleboard PCB zip file from US department of commerce for commodity classification which states that the board is authorized for export and reexport under section 740.17(B)(3) of the export administration regulations (EAR), and have tried to figure out what this means, but have not been able to. Has anyone used these boards in India? Is there a legitimate way to send these boards to India? Thank you
