On behalf of the Beaker development team, I'm pleased to announce that
Beaker 26.0 is now available from the Beaker web site [1]. Thanks to
everyone who contributed patches and bug reports for this release.

Beaker 26 does not bring any new major capabilities, however it changes
the default behaviour in a number of ways for recipes which are using
RHEL8 and above or Fedora 29 and above. The new defaults centre around
switching to Restraint, reflecting the team's decision to focus on
Restraint as the future harness for Beaker.

As always, full details are available in the release notes [2], and the
complete log of all commits since Beaker 25.6 is also available [3].
