Tue 5/31 6pm works for me. I might be gone on Sunday for the long weekend, so Tuesday would be better.

The other option would be Sun night before the conf starts.

Based on previous years I assume it won't be a problem to get in the
convention center without registration (
https://us.pycon.org/2016/events/open-spaces/), I imagine the conf will
probably provide a few large rooms with these big round tables and
whiteboards for people to meet at, worst case we can just use the Open
Space location as a starting point and do "Beancount drinks" outside or at
the local coffee shop.
