In hledger, each commodity/currency has its own style of decimal point and digit grouping. (http://hledger.org/manual.html#amounts <http://hledger.org/manual.html#amounts>, http://hledger.org/manual.html#commodity-directive <http://hledger.org/manual.html#commodity-directive>).)
We could simplify this and say decimal point and digit group style are the same across all commodities, perhaps reducing confusion and hassle, cf https://github.com/simonmichael/hledger/issues/395 <https://github.com/simonmichael/hledger/issues/395> . Is this a good idea, or would it be too limiting ? Cc'ing the Ledger & beancount communities to ask them too. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Beancount" group.
