My options are very limited. Basically operating_currency, a custom option for fava (to use extensions), and the auto_accounts plugin.
I have not modified a tolerance option, and furthermore I believe that's not the case here as sometimes (randomly) I do see 2 decimal places. Setting option "inferred_tolerance_default" "*:0.001" doesn't change the behaviour I'm seeing.
