The idea is initially inspired by the idea that Double Entry bookkeeping
uses the perspective of the person.
I realize a body is more complex, and certainly not a zero sum game, but so
are the financial markets. They are treated as black boxes with trends
based on transactions etc.
I thought it might be an idea to treat the body as a black box with calorie
in/out transactions similar to the hackers diet approach
https://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/

So coming back to the question - if i was to go about it, do you have
suggestions about how i could i approach it.
Could i also convert/link financial transactions to calories?
