There's no command to anonymize for debugging, but I can share a tip for debugging this. What you want is to list the contents of the inventory for each of the accounts before the transaction is summed / applied. You can do this using the "bean-doctor context" command, which accepts a filename and line number to select a particular transaction. (If you use the Emacs support, just put the cursor over the transaction to select and type "C-c x".) This will list the balances of each of the accounts involve prior to the transaction, the residual unbalanced amount, the tolerances for each currency, and the balances of the accounts after applying the transaction.
