folders to be ignored by version control:
* can the `beancount.egg-info` folder be ignored in mercurial? I guess so,
because it seems to be re-created whenever I build beancount.
* and could you please also ignore intellij's `.idea` folder, that would be
very convenient, thanks!

.hgignore:
.idea
beancount.egg-info
