Dear Martin and other contributors,

Thank you so much for the excellent software package Beancount.

After struggling with multiple portfolio software and wasting some money
and a lot of time on the way, i have finally got some realistic hope of
viewing my entire portfolio in a single piece of software accurately.

I have no programming background, but your explanations everywhere are
really useful.

I've modified your csv importer for utrade in a rather crude way to make
it work for the Indian broker Zerodha.
I have also used Matt Terwilliger's importer * importers-chase.py *
<https://gist.github.com/mterwill/7fdcc573dc1aa158648aacd4e33786e8#file-importers-chase-py>to

make an importer for an India based Bank ICICIBank. His original script is
here.. https://gist.github.com/mterwill

I'm sharing it in here so that others may easily find it and make use of it.

I earlier found a importer for Zerodha here at
https://github.com/swapi/beancount-utils. It can import xml formatted
Contract Note. Since contract notes are issued based on per trading day,
the above importer for tradebook can help import large number of
transactions at one go...

I request members to suggest improvements. I have started learning python
and hope to contribute better in future..

Thank you once again.

Cheers,
Prabu Anand K
