This is one question I have that seems no one is doing? I tried to google around but wasn't able to find anyone is doing this: I have 3-member LLC and I'd like to do a quarterly or semi-annually profit distributions. It seems that I should do this: 2020-12-01 * "Profit distribution" Equity:Distribution:MemberA 200 USD Equity:Distribution:MemberB 200 USD Equity:Distribution:MemberC 200 USD Assets:Bank:BofA This seems to work except, in the next year, it doesn't reset, it will always stay in my balance sheet. so it is not easy to find out how much are distributed for the *current* year or any given year? for example, I know in 2020, 600 will be distributed, but in 2021, the number will increase, and I don't know the beginning balance of it. did I do anything wrong? or any query I can use to achieve this?
