About removing the effects post-parsing and the transformations: in current
version (v2) it's not possible.
In the next version it will be; in fact, plugins at that time will be able
to operate on that or on the completed ones.

(Don't hold your breath though, I've got a packed schedule until next
summer and dev time is more or less on the ice.)

If you need just sorting your file that could be achieved with a little
Python script without really parsing much beyond the initial date and
lumping paragraphs together.
