I've been downloading OFX files every few days from Fidelity and Fidelity NetBenefits with ofxget. I did it yesterday, in fact. What errors are you receiving?
That said, I've been testing SimpleFin the last few weeks as it covers so many of the financial institutions I care about and it's simpler to deal with.
