Well I sure hate doing embarrassing things - I'd not noticed that I'd reversed the signs on the Expenses and Equity amounts in transactions that involved Sells with a Fee.
If you've already used bcgt.py to put transactions in your files that do have fees, then you will need to make corrections. Sorry! Grr! <- mad at myself...
