[9] Review Request: 8066404 The case is failed automatically and thrown the "java.lang.IllegalStateException" exception

Hello.
Please review the fix for jdk9.
The test failed after rt.jar was removed. In the fix I replace access to 
the classes via the new jrt:/ protocol.
I have checked that the output of the test between jd9b40 and jdk9b41 is 
the same.
