Open issues are getting out of hand, because I haven't been devoting time to beanstalkd lately. Something I should have done a long time ago is to encourage and enable more people to contribute to maintenance of beanstalkd and its presence on github.
Is anyone interested in helping with this? I'd like to try a fairly liberal approach that I first heard from Rubinius: anyone who has had a patch landed also gets added to the project as a collaborator. (Sometimes people ask if this gets abused, but in practice, that's usually not a problem.) And it'll help to have more people who can respond to issues, adding tags and merging pull requests and closing issues where necessary. Let me know if you'd like to help out. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "beanstalk-talk" group.
