PSA: Beast development has reached its end-of-life some while ago.
At this point, Beast developments have been merged into Anklang [1] which took over many parts of the Beast synthesis engine and continues the UI developments that started out with Vue + Electron as ebeast. The Anklang synthesis engine already supports the CLAP [2] plugin format and other parts from Beast (e.g. Jack driver, Freeverb) are incrementally merged back as time permits. The GNOME project is also shutting down this mailing list in the next few days, so further questions or comments are best directed at the Anklang team via the #Anklang IRC channel [2] or the Anklang issue / discussion tracker.
