tipped-in full color plates, boards are covered with
kimono-silk floral pattern with cherry wood inlay with
the calligraphy word "Ikebana" by Shunso Machi.
Endpapers reproduce a detail from an ancient scroll
painting showing a 12th century cherry blossom-viewing
party. Lessons by the masters of Japan's three
