pictures of happy childhood and those little incidents that have such great
meaning and excitement. The Rainbow Garden is a book about a young girl,
Elaine, whose mother goes to Paris and sends her to the country with Mrs.
Owen and Rev. Owen with their rambunctious kids. Elaine, a young shy girl
from London, is at first very scared of these children. She finds a garden
and cares for it until one day she sees as strange man. There are many
predicaments Elaine gets into while she lived in the country.
