The motivation here is that this version is quite stale relative to the v2 version of XMLBeans -- the classes we're using were compiled on 7/13. <g>
The JAR is used across all of the Beehive sub-projects -- controls, wsm, and NetUI. DRTs pass with this change.
Let me know if anyone has reservations about this; would like to get it checked in today or tomorrow.
