I submitted a workaround for http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XMLBEANS-72
in the alpha line -- hopefully this will unblock you. The XMLBeans bug is
still the root of the issue, so I won't merge the workaround into the main
line. I'd definitely recommend adding a vote for the XMLBeans bug (and getting
all your friends to do it too :)).
