Need jsf-1_1 installed and JSF_HOME set in the build automation

Netui drt requires jsf-1_1 reference implementation to run the test recorder
tests.
Currently, jsf-1_1 is not installed by the bootstrap target and the JSF_HOME is
not
mentioned anywhere in the document. If we decided to download it with bootstrap
target
into the installed directory, the JSF_HOME can ten be set in beehiveEnv script.
