Since there were some valuable fixes to the WSM code that were checked
into the trunk, I needed to merge these into the alpha branch.  Some
reformatting and import cleanup came along for the ride since it didn't
make much sense to merge only some of the changes.  The distribution
appears to build and the petstore web service runs as expected, but let
me know if folks encounter issues today possibly due to the merge.

+1 on not reformatting code prior to ApacheCon.

Given the amount of code already written and its state, I favour a
"respect the environment" coding convention -- there's de facto
conventions in various parts of the codebase, and devs should follow the
conventions of the area they're contributing in.
