MantisTask assumes that ${basedir} is equal to $PWD, which isn't always the
case.
Diff that mixes in a hearty does of getProject().getBaseDir() into the new
File(...) calls within the task.
This patch enables my build changes to run the control tests as part of the
build nicely now.
