Under To Copy the Page Flow Application Template, it states: All of these
resources are contained in the Page Flow application template located
atBEEHIVE_HOME/samples/netui-blank.
Actually, only some of the resources are contained in the teplate. All the JARS
and a few others are deployed by deploy.beehive.webapp.runtime target.
